Better Hybrid Projects

Deliver better hybrid projects

Public Services must deliver a wide range of increasingly complex projects at pace and on budget. Projects teams are often distributed across locations, and work across organisations.

Hybrid working can save project teams time, money and hassle. But teams struggle to organise and communicate well when collaborating on projects from different locations.

We believe that with the right practices, tools and strategies, teams can deliver impactful projects wherever they are.

What you can expect, explained by our trainer Matt!

Better Hybrid Projects

About the training

Public service teams have shown incredible resilience in transitioning to online work during Covid-19. But, as hybrid setups become the norm, many people are just “making do”.

In the new normal, there are lots of ways in which hybrid work can save time and money. But teams struggle to organise and communicate well when working on projects from different locations.

Our training helps you and your hybrid team get your project up and running.
