We’re passionate about transforming public services to improve the lives of real people.
We’ve actually been doing this for over 20 years. By developing and applying innovative and effective methods and practices to help you tackle messy problems.
10 years ago, we established our flagship training, the Agile Master in Public Services, which has over 1,000 alumni. Since then, Basis Training has become the expert training provider for government transformation courses, such as Service Design for Public Services and Change Skills.
We bring our courses to life with real examples. And let you learn by doing through engaging, interactive and fun activities – the best way to learn!
Our courses meet the needs of public sector clients who are facing challenges and operate in environments you will recognise.
Our courses deliver the best of both worlds – combining the depth, substance and rigour of an academic qualification with fun, collaborative and creative workshops.
We are hybrid in the way we work and teach, enabling us to deliver enjoyable and effective training online or in person.
Our courses are proudly accredited by the Public Services Transformation Academy.
Our trainers are consultants who are currently working and coaching people on the frontline. They’re equipped to bring it all to life.
We are able to provide you with examples and guidance on how to adapt theory so it fits within your organisation’s culture and set up.
We have done more consultancy, coaching and training projects in the field of public sector transformation than any other agency.
