Course contents
This course consists of two modules, orientation and rhythm. The modules are covered in two sessions, held over four weeks.
Module 1: Orientation
- Grasp the critical factors for genuine ‘teamliness’. You’ll learn:
- How to align workstyles and preferences as a team
- How to design a day that enables work life balance
- How to organise work
- Design your own ‘prototype of you’
Module 2: Rhythm
- Learn the practices of high performing hybrid teams
- Learn rules and rhythms for effective working
- How to improve decision making and problem solving
- How to help yourself and others with overwhelm
- How to communicate effectively beyond your team
Better Hybrid Teams is recommended by the Institute for Online Collaboration for its interactive approach.
